We wish all women a happy International Women's Day. Let's continue working together towards a fairer and more equal future for everyone!
"Feminism is a win-win fight".
Today, the School celebrated March 8, International Women's Day. Several activities were organized to highlight the importance of this date and raise awareness of gender equality.
At the entrance to the School, we placed a ballot box so that anyone who wanted to could express what this day meant to them. With pen and paper in hand, members of our community have written their reflections and thoughts, sharing their unique perspective on this special day. As a thank you for their participation, each received a purple bracelet as a symbol of solidarity and support for this cause.
In the lobby, a huge canvas with the slogan "Feminism is a fight in which we all win" presides over the space, reminding us of the importance of collaboration and unity in the fight for equality. This message resonates in every corner of the School, as it reminds us that gender equality is a shared endeavor that requires everyone's cooperation.
The School's library joined the celebration with a fascinating exhibition. This year, it has dedicated a special section to the most prominent women in sport with the choice of several books covering the goals they have accomplished, possible downfalls, and achievements. With this collection, we highlight the importance of women in the world of sport, also as a source of inspiration for future generations.
To conclude the celebrations, we encouraged all the women to take pictures together. With this initiative we wanted to immortalize the strength, diversity and beauty of the women of our community and create memories that will endure over time.
This March 8, the School has become a vibrant space for the recognition and celebration of women in all their aspects.
