Graduation of the 4th promotion of the Master's course in Protocol

The Minister for Institutional Affairs and Institutional Foreign Relations and Transparency of the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Raül Romeva, has been the sponsor of the fourth promotion of graduates of the Master's course in Protocol, Institutional Relations and Strategic Event Management.
The sponsor explained to the graduates the importance of studies in Protocol and Institutional Relations and highlighted the need for professionals in this sector within the international political arena, where he works. «The best protocol is the one that is not seen, that which makes things happen without people noticing the organization behind. The best one is that whom nobody talks about,» said Romeva.
The event took place last Tuesday, November 29 in the Auditorium of Blanquerna School of Communication and International Relations, and here you can see the images we took.
