Dr. Rosa Rifà Ros presented the work “Analysis of gender perspective in the use of NANDA-I nursing diagnoses: A systematic review”, published in the journal Nursing Open, which she researched with the collaboration of Dr. Míriam Rodríguez Monforte, head of undergraduate and postgraduate traineeships, and Dr. Elena Carrillo Álvarez, principal researcher of the research group GRoW and professor of the bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, among other authors.

In May 2022 the Governing Board of the College of Nurses of Barcelona (COIB) approved the creation of a chair of nursing, awarded jointly with the University of Barcelona, to promote research, the dissemination of knowledge and training activities in the field of nursing.

Professor Rifà won this year's prize, the first to be given since the Chair was created, which she shared with Dr. Laura Rota Musoll, for her publication "An Intersectional Gender Analysis on Kidney Transplant: Women Donating a Kidney".
