Blanquerna’s professor Francesc Torralba wins the Alzira City Essay Award

The book explains how the communication used by the mass media is rude and stereotyped and yet it has a high attraction of the audiences. The essay stands for the implementation of a media-communication model that generates mutual comprehension and thinks over the idea of empowering oneself thoughts, imagination and human sensitivity through the media.

Alzira City Essay Awards are a literary contest of reference that has been promoting the literary production over 17 years. It has seven modalities: novel, juvenile(no tinc ni idea) fiction, children’s fiction, scientific divulgation, essay, poetry and drama.
