The White Room, finalist in Sitges Film Festival «New Authorship»
The White Room, a short film created by a group of 4th-year students from the Cinema and Television Degree (Audiovisual Communication) during the 3rd year interseminar, has been selected to participate in the Sitges Film Festival «New Authorship category».
The team is composed of the screenwriter Raquel Garcia, the producers J. Oriol Cervera and Valentina Delnevo, and the directors Sergi Milà and Mònica García.
The White Room tells the story of Clarisse, a girl, who, without knowing how she arrived, wakes up in a white room without doors and windows, with only the company of a speaker, which subjects her to an interrogation, that has only one purpose: to make her admit to a crime that, according to her, she hasn’t committed.
The projection will take place on 8th October in Cinema Prado, Sitges. After projecting the short film Vida y reflejo during the previous edition of the festival, this venue is hosting a work created by Blanquerna School students for the second consecutive year.
