Journalist Toni Orensanz, guest speaker at seminar held by professor Marçal Sintes
Journalist and author of books on narrative journalism, Toni Orensanz, paid a visit last Wednesday, May 3, to the 4th seminar — for 3rd year students of the bachelor degree in Journalism and Corporate Communication — by professor Marçal Sintes.
Orensanz, who in 2022 published Where did you lose your arm, Balchowsky?, about the life experience of a US volunteer in the International Brigades, shared his fruitful personal journey with the students, reviewed some of his journalism books, and also spoke in-depth about how challenging it was to write Where did you lose your arm, Balchowsky? (published by Navona in Spanish and Columna in Catalan).
The Falset journalist — who also works professionally in corporate communication — encouraged the students to start working or collaborating in the media as soon as they can.
