Blanquerna School of Communication participates in a project of the European Union with BBC Media Action

This is a training program on media regulation and information laws for journalists from countries such as Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine and Tunisia. It will run for three years and is fully funded by the European Union.
The international consortium, led by BBC Media Action, includes entities such as the International Federation of Journalists in Belgium, the IREX Europe institute from France, the Jordan Media Institute and the Federation of Arab Journalists of Egypt. Blanquerna School of Communication is the academic partner of the program entitled Media Towards Sector Reform in the Southern Mediterranean Region, an initiative that has the overall aim of strengthening the role of the media as a tool for democratization, and to support freedom of expression in the southern Mediterranean.
