Soft skills have become -in recent years- the most important and in-demand skills in the international communication sector, according to Judith Calzada Duaigües, Director of International Business Development at GdC Beauty Group.
During her participation as a guest on the Blanquerna-URL GCM Podcast, she detailed that adaptability, emotional intelligence and openness to diversity are among the most valued characteristics in the sector. The rationale is that in order to work internationally, one must learn to understand people from different cultures and detect their needs. He emphasized that the experience obtained by studying the Global Communication Management degree at Blanquerna-URL is very enriching in this sense, since there are students of different nationalities and backgrounds.
