A new international volunteer project in Athens

The school's Charity Action area has launched a new international volunteer project in Athens through the humanitarian organization Lighthouse Relief based in the Greek capital.
A total of 9 students from the School's Bachelor's Degrees in Communication and International Relations, accompanied by their professors, Judith Colell and Sandra Balsells, took part in this new project which ran from March 22nd to April 1st. The projects in which the group worked focused on supporting refugees and asylum seekers in Greece.
Before embarking on the trip, the group held a fundraising campaign to finance the distribution of food for 200 families.
