Scholarships offered by the Carolina Foundation for the training in Spain of graduates who are nationals of a member country of the Ibero-American Community of Nations, with academic or professional ability backed by an excellent resume. The doctoral scholarships are aimed at encouraging Latin American university teachers to obtain a doctoral degree.
